i’m trying to fall asleep but i can’t because every time i close my eyes all i can see is this big white sign in my brain that has big blocked letters on it but i can’t make out what it says and it’s moving back and forth and it must be important but it’s too blurry to read and the letters keep switching around and it’s all making my stomach turn and my lungs clench
